Returns & Refunds
We think returns are a waste of your time.

We don't want you wasting your time waiting for a return email then going to a post office.

You have better things to do.

If you've purchased a box order let us know within 30 days and we will refund the full amount.

If you have signed up to our free trial then you have 21 days and we will refund you and cancel your subscription.

Keep the pack and share it with friends and family.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
